The lovely blue floral design makes an elegant gift for the new bride and groom, or elegant everyday dinner ware. Approximate measurements: Dinner Plate - 10 3/8" diameter Bowl - 6 1/2" diameter Dessert Plate - 7" diameter Saucer -6" diameter cup - 3 1/8" diameter. 3 1/8" tall Blue Victoria Ironstone is a lovely dining set manufactured by J. & G. Meakin pottery company located in Hanley, England. The Meakin company was established in 1851 and closed in 2005. This set has a nice weight and a thick glossy finish with a scalloped edge, decorated with blue flowers and leaves on a white background. Minor utensil marks. Each cup does have a small chips - see pictures. One dinner plate very minor craze mark. One dessert plate minor crazing. ** there is a picture of 2 cups so that the chips can be seen but you will only receive one cup with the place setting. I do have 2 sets available.
