Royal blue Eletra Casadei polyester beaded 20s does 80s flapper dress, Made USA

Made in the USA during the 1980's by Casadei Eletra, this fabulous Roaring 20's inspired dress is royal blue with wonderfully detailed beading at the shoulders. It features a low V-neckline, blouson styling from the shoulders to the hips, over a spaghetti strap inner layer, tapered long raglan style sleeves, a low waist, and a handkerchief angled hemline. At the center front, just below the hipline, there is another beaded accent. With this authentic vintage dress, plus the bonus coordinating headband, you will ready for any Downton Abbey movie get together, Costume event or Roaring 20's party. A wealth of designer touches are in this terrific Casadei dress. Both the size and fabric content tags were removed by the original owner. This fabric seems to be either semi-sheer polyester or rayon. To assure a longer life for this terrific dress, I had it dry cleaned. It will arrive ready to wear right out of the package. Please refer to the measurements below to determine if this will fit you. Based on how big the dress is on my Size Small mannequin, I think this will generally fit someone who wears a modern size Medium. Bust is 36/38 inches (back lining fabric has stretch). Straps are 16 inches. Note those could easily be shortened if you want the V-neck to be higher. Armhole opening is 24 inches. Sleeves are 24 inches. Hip is 42 inches. Full length is 50/52 inches, with the tapered handkerchief hem. There are large 1980's style shoulder pads, which can be snipped out easily.
