Royal blue and gray skirt with gray tulle detail

I’ve always loved the look of this skirt! It has a fun/purposeful jagged tulle detail around the bottom. There is a gray slip attached. From hem to bottom of gray slip is 17 inches. There are no defects, just wrinkles in the skirt. It’s never been worn- even though it’s a 15 year old skirt. Very unique! It’s labeled large.waist is 30 inches. It has a gray ribbon belt.
