Royal blue and white straples dress

Royal blue and white strapless dress. Top part stretches size is 7. Bought it for myself a few years ago and never was able to fit in. Blue part at the bottom has a white border at the bottom. Very cute and formal. Blue part to bottom is 19.5 inches long. White top is 8.5 inches long. Wide white part is 14 inches but back stretches. The top part has a bit of yellow I think from being put away so long. But I am sure it will come off with a wash.
