Royal blue backless dress, like new condition!

Size medium, ties in back! Front is v-neck with some light pleating into the skirt, giving it an A-line shape. Not a good fit for a very short torso (like mine, sadly :( ) Hits just above the knee on me - I am 5'5" for reference.
