Royal blue blouse

Royal blue v neck blouse from Francesca's. This blouse is actually a LARGE. However, it runs very small. I have this listed under Medium because of this. I am a 36 bust and 28 waist. It's a bit snug around the bust though. It's very cute with white jeans and is a great spring to summer transition piece! Offers accepted.
