Royal blue cardigan/tank combo

This cardigan is beautiful and fun! The tank is actually sewn and attached to the cardigan as shown in pictures 3 and 4. The tank is a beautiful pattern and had ruffles on the front. The cardigan has cinched sleeves and had a tie with it.
