It's a royal blue cashmere shirt by Braemar (a Scottish clothing company)! I got this from my grandma. Not sure if she bought this off of QVC or if she got it while she was stationed in England. Has some stretch, is soft, and is in good quality. Other listings have these kinds of shirt ~$80 so I am basing the original price off of that.

Beautiful! The top seems to have a white cast on it in the first two photos. Is that just the lighting or is part of it discolored?
