💙Royal blue circle skirt with bow belt💙

Never worn!!!🎉 They were out of XL so I bought L thinking it would fit (it didn't😔). The material is very nice (like a scuba kind of material?) and it is a true circle skirt (no pleats). The belt has to be my favorite part (too bad it doesn't fit me either because that's the cutest belt I've ever seen😍).
