Royal blue cover up from Nordstrom with tassels

I bought this cute cover up for a beach trip and ended up not having enough room in my suitcase. It's so pretty on, the photos don't do it justice. There is a spot at the tag where it is "thread bare". Someone handy with a needle could easily reinforce the area. I've photographed the area. I've priced this piece low because of it. Cute tassels add a bohemian vibe.
