Royal blue dress

Never worn out only for pictures to list. royal blue dress, deep v neck but can be tied tighter for more secure. It has two different ties in the back, the top one is for the chest, also not tied wonderfully in this photo. The second tie hits at the waist line in the back and does cinch the dress up so there is no gap. The base of the dress as shown in the photos has a separator in the middle as well as on the back of the dress- I was going to have that sewn together. It does have a little slip dress under as shown in the photos as well.
