Royal blue dress shirt

This Royal Blue shirt is made by Nextmia Fashion. Never worn. Says size 16 but may fit a slightly smaller size better. Beautiful lace collar with chest and shoulder cut outs. the bottom of the shirt is tapered to a point in the middle to cover the pooch area. Super soft material.
