Royal blue super chic off the shoulder form fitting mermaid style dress! Can be worn to events/weddings/ graduations! Never before worn! Bought for wedding but ending up going with a different dress. The fit was Perfect and material is soft and sturdy. The bottom has a cute slit and flares! New but didn’t come with tag. Never worn.
