jewels99 @kbeddingfield Hi! Yes, it runs a size small. I was same size as you were and had to go up a size. This dress looks really beautiful on.

jewels99 @kbeddingfield It is not stretchy, but it definitely allows for extra room in the tummy area due to the style. The fit/style In the tummy area is forgiving. The zipper is on the upper left (torso) side of the dress, which helps keeps things snug. I'm a A-B cup and had no problems with the top area.
