Royal blue knit dress

Royal blue scoop-neck knit dress that hits at mid calf. Has flared sleeves that hit at elbow. Elastic at waist. Looks cute with or without belt. Has a slit on each side of about eight inches. Has twist and keyhole detail in the back, just above waist (see photo). Like new. Only worn once.
