Royal blue layered homecoming/winter formal dress

(Not actually Sherri Hill! Just tagged for exposure) Bought for a school dance I didn't end up going to. Was going to accessorize with a silver belt and accessories(just for ideas!) It's strapless. Color is slightly brighter in person and much more royal than navy blue as it looks. Small hole in the back where it looks like it wasn't sewn to the zipper correctly, I personally never noticed until I was listing it on here (can fix for you if you'd like) Willing to negotiate!
