Royal blue scallop hem shorts, size 3X

These beautiful royal blue shorts have an elastic waistband and a scalloped bottom hem. They are a lightweight crepe feel 100% polyester, and they do have pockets. They measure about 19.5” across the waistband and have an inseam of about 4.5” They are new with tags from a boutique.
