Royal blue size 1/2 prom dress. Beaded halter neck

Tag says size 1/2. Only worn once for a prom. A few stains because it rained that day but nothing major, it just needs washed. Mori Lee Madeline Gardner brand. Halter style neck with keyhole back. For size references I’m 5’3 and 115. It’s been haltered at the bottom for a 5’3 person with heels on so it could work for someone taller without heels. Slight train in the back. Price is negotiable but no low-balling.
