Royal blue sparkly sequin Charlotte Russe dress

Stunning, fully sequined royal blue EXTREMELY STRETCHY dress. Mesh top, padded bust, two layers so no scratches from sequins! 32” shoulder to hem, waist 11 1/2 flat, kind of hard to measure because it’s so stretchy. Doesn’t seem to be any obvious snags, but they do catch on things easily.
