Royal blue velvet cloche hat with feather trim - 20 1/2" - Derby Day, Church,etc

This beautiful hat is perfect for smaller head. The inside band is 20 1/2". Crown is appx. 4" high. Feathers have a gorgeous luster and are shades of gray. Perfect for any occasion. The hatbox is marked Mr. Michael. We do not think this hat is a Mr. Michael hat, but the box, which is slightly aged, does protect the piece so we are including it.
