Royal blue vintage silk dress

Beautiful vintage dress. 100% silk with a subtle floral pattern. Seam along the midline measures 13” (26” total). Marked 7/8 but fits more like a modern 4. The cut, color, and front draping are stunning! Missing the hooks connector at the top enclosure. There are also threads for belt loops on either side of the waist, but it doesn’t come with a belt. Nice option but also simple to cut to remove.
