Royal blue & white flare skirt- New York & Co.

Skirt comes from a pet-free, smoke-free, kid-free home. Size 4 but I am a thin waisted size 8 and it fits me snugly. Flares out, super cute. I'm 5'7.5" and it comes down to right below the knee. Length is 23.5", top pleat goes down 5". Fabric is very light and flowy, super comfy to wear. Made from 100% cotton. Machine washable. I have no idea how much this skirt originally cost, it was given to me by a friend. My $45 is a guess.
