Royal blue with black detailing 3/4 length sleeves dress

Truth & Style size large. Balloon skirt (I think that’s what it’s called) where it kind of balloons out at the bottom of the skirt before being cut a little more narrow at the band at the bottom. It makes the dress drape really well.
