dsnyder9785 @tomcatwinner sorry for the late response. they are meant for lineman work and I don't think they have any heat insulation but they are waterproof so they do provide protection from the elements. I've never worn them in the snow, but I've stood in 4-6 inches of water for long periods of time and they kept my feet dry. they are very protective and thick. this pair is a brand new replacement to the ones I wore and have never been used tags still on

dsnyder9785 @tomcatwinner send me a 90 offer and I'll take it but I'm not going any lower than that on a brand new pair of $300 boots with tags still on them. I paid $150 and my old job paid $150 towards them as part of their boot allowance. I spent the money happily since I already had one pair of exact same boot for two years without any complaints. I just happened to quit that job before using the new pair
