Roz & Ali Black/White Paisley Dress

Black & White Paisley pattern. Very nice knee-length dress with swirly design at the knee. The sleeve is 3/4 length and has a tie belt. In excellent condition, easy care dress. I wear a size 10 in skirt/pants, but I wanted the larger, roomier size.
