Roz & Ali Navy Blue Dress

Beautiful gently used dress. Size small. Roz & Ali. Was bought from Dress Barn. There are small loops on the hips that the sash ties through. The detailing on the neck is very flattering. This dress hits right above the knee and is a gorgeous dress! Styled with heels and pretty earrings or dressed down with a Jean jacket and some ankle booties, this dress is very versatile and super cute!
