Roz&Ali Halter Maxi Dress -never worn

New without tags as I purchased couple of years ago and was too small up top to make it work, can tie top as tight as need but elastic in back gapped and looked too big! Beautiful bright color pattern on black, can be dressed up or worn casual. I’m 5’10 and hit at ankles perfectly when tried on! Non-smoking home.
