Rubber Ducky Black Open Back Rouched Tank z20s Style Maxi Jersey Dress Small

This is a beautiful dress! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s got double layer slinky jersey - super soft and comfortable. It’s got a sexy elegant open back with a button closer at the top and a cowel that hangs at the bottom back. There is a waist panel that is very flattering. The bottom of the bust is also rouched. It’s got sort of play on a 1920s style with the rouching on the sides. I think the skirt may be cut on the bias (I’m not 100% sure) bc the skirt has almost a mermaid feel to it.
