I love this dress! The top is beautifully embroidered. Dad did some alterations on it to fit my chest without any cutting. Needle and thread was used to chinch in on the chest area so it didn’t look so boxy on me . Chiffon, red, embroidered, long gown/dress. Bought from Anthropology.
