Ruby Belle polka dot fit and flare dress

Ruby Belle fit and flare dress with purple, blue, and green polka dots, size 12 (US) or 16 (UK). Fully lined with side zip and button at the neck in back. Dress feels satiny with one or two VERY minor catches (not visible when the dress is worn) - see last closeup picture of bust. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit: approx. 20” Waist: approx. 17” Shoulder to hem: approx. 39” Non-smoking but pet-friendly home. 🌿In order to be more environmentally friendly, I use/reuse packaging materials when possible and do not include cards or notes.
