Ruby & Jenna AQUA halter top & ruched detail mini skirt set

Can tighten the top and skirt with the ties provided. Skirt can be made shorter or longer with the ties. Brand new and in perfect condition. I tried this on and took the tags off instantly then realized I didn’t want to wear it as it wasn’t fitting for the occasion I was going to. Super good quality and comfortable though, I just have nowhere to wear it to. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. The inside is 100% Polyester.
