Ruby Rox Black and Teal Semi-Formal Midi Dress

Semi-formal dress. Skirt has two light and flowy layers, they spin easily and make you feel like a ballerina! An attached sash to cinch dress around the waist, ties in back. Entire teal portion has very light padding, can easily go bra-less. Silver ring detail in front with more of the skirt fabric draped through. Size is technically a junior’s medium, but it fits like a women’s small. Could fit on the smaller side of a women’s medium as well, since all of the black fabric of the dress is very stretchy. Measurements: - Under-bust: 15 in across - Dress length (from front of neckline): 29 in - Skirt length: 25 in front, 27 in sides - Bust height: 4in Some slight discoloration on the straps, but should be easily fixed by a quick wash. A tiny pull on the bust, but hardly visible from a typical viewing distance. In good used condition. Smoke-free household.
