Vintage Y2K adjustable spaghetti strap retro polka dot dress. Red stripe accent under bust and bottom of the dress. Red bow is attached to dress on the front, sash is loose from the sides to the back to tie into a bow. Polka dots on the body of the dress and solid black at the bust. Soft cups in the bust with cross cross subtle ruching. Very flattering bust line! Back zip closure. Lining with tulle edge at the bottom to emphasize the bottom.
