This dress has ruching on front and back; the front ruching / length are adjustable with tie strings. The material has considerable stretch, is soft/silky, and flattering. 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex
Stock photos included to show how it looks on, although it can be adjusted to be longer than shown-- I'm 5' 1" and it can come down to just at my knees at it's longest.

@sabby1977 Hi! I checked for measurements and it's very hard to get "accurate" ones for this dress, as it's got quite a good amount of stretch and the length is adjustable as well. The sizing is listed as XL=16.
In my opinion it would work for a less snug fit on a 10/12 and a more fitted look on a 14/16 person
