Ruched black fitted skirt by Vivienne Tam, XS

Beautiful, rouched black pencil skirt. No flaws that I can find. Evocative of Tom Ford and Norma Kamali. I liked to layer a black lace slip underneath to get the TF look (see photos 10-12). Looks great with a high-neck blouse for a cool Morticia Addams-inspired outfit. WHBM jacket and Henri Bendel top are available in separate listings. The skirt has a good bit of stretch.
