Ruched prom dress “fishtail” burgundy red

Wore this dress once for a fancy event. Got it hemmed. I am 4’11 and the dress fit like a glove! Perfect to wear for a winter formal, prom, gala, holiday party, etc. I am between a 2-4 and this fit perfectly. Please let me know if you need all other details. Retail price was $150, I got it for $100 due to some piling in the dress.
