Ruched top tube / halter fishtail dress

brand: Dots tube / halter dress tag size small measurements flat; pit to pit about 15inch cinch about 15inch top to bottom (shortest) about 25.5inch top to bottom (longest) about 40inch very stretchy & comfortable. the top mimics the look of denim while being very soft. the bottom is a light & airy coral colored layered mesh. it features a wooden o ring at the top meant to hold the halter tie which had been removed at some point for some reason. you could easily add a new one or tuck the ring down the front, or just remove it altogether. the dress is in great condition & i believe the brand is discontinued, however i noticed a small ink stain on the back shown in the last picture that i never noticed until taking the measurements. this dress is super nice & great for any occasion, im parting with it because i have way too many dresses that i never wear
