Rue 21 3/4 sleeve long blouse

100 % Polyester thin a breezy blouse. Does have small loops at waist to wear belted. I don’t have the original string that came with. I’ve worn it with my own belt, without a belt and tucked. Three times worn and now yours to try. Super dark Navy blue in color. No picks in the fabric. Buttons functional.
