Rue 21 Black Polka Dot Skirt with black waistband with two snaps Size S. I would say this skirt is an XS as it is made of cotton and since this is a pre-owned skirt I would venture to guess that it got dried in the dryer. The zipper is 13 " long and the length of the skirt is 28" There is no slit on the end of the skirt. This is a classic look and can be worn with almost any color for a top. The skirt is in excellent condition, no rips, tears, or stains. The seams are in good shape.
