Rue 21 Holiday Lingerie skirt red/white S

This brand new Christmas skirt is from Rue 21. It is size small in red sating with white down trim. It has an elastic waist with a tied bow that has feather down pom poms on the ends. The tail end of the feather trim hangs off a bit, it came that way, but the trim covers all edges well. Never worn, new with tags.
