Hi-low dress by Rue 21. Strapless style with black bodice. Elastic band in back to hold in place, has cutout in back. Skirt is a sheer Aztec pattern in green, black, and tan. Hi-low style, skirt is lined. Belted with a stretchy tan belt. Dress made in the USA. Upper band measures 13” across, waist 9.5” does have elastic, upper band to front hem 25”. Dress is in EUC with no holes or stains, pet and smoke free home.
