Rue 21 Pattern Flowy Blouse

This is a top that is hard to let go of! This Rue 21 Top is one of the best finds I’ve ever gotten there. It is cut with a circle hem and 3/4 in sleeves in a super soft polyester fabric. There is a turquoise silk polyester panel sewn into the back of the top (right under the open back) giving it an airy and flowy feel. It is perfect with a pair of white jeans or shorts. The pattern is bright and beautiful as well. This one will go fast!
