Rue 21. Size Large. Partially Lined Lace Skirt. Elastic Waist. Please go by the measurements on this - the tag says XL but that doesn't seem to be right. Waist 31" unstretched. Length 24.5". Hips 40". Nylon/spandex. Lining is polyester. Very good pre-loved condition. No damage that I can see. Most items are hand selected by me but pre-owned items may be gently loved.
