Rue 21 V-Neck Lightweight Sweater. It is not bright white but more of an off white color. 48% Cotton/41% Rayon/11%Nylon. Measurements laying flat 16 1/2" from pit to pit and approx 27". The material is stretchable. It is new with tags. Sweater is marked Large but it feels more like a medium.
