Rue 21 black pants with flowers

Rue 21 black pants with flowers. The waist is streachy with elastic in th back. They are almost straight legged going in slightly at the knee. Size extra small, I am about 5'2, and while the waist fit the legs where about 3"-4" too long. Measurements: waist: 23"-31". legs: 36". waist band: 2.5". legs: 16"-17" around. Damage ( pictured the best I could): A small hole on the waist band in the back. A small stain on the right leg. Some loose threads or threads that where loose then cut around the cuffs and waist band. *from a smoke free home with a dog and rabbits.
