Rue 21 dress!

This dress is a size Medium but can fit size Large. It has a cute neck band that wraps either around the front of your neck or you can leave it in the band back to show a bit of your back! There may be a faint stain on the front side at the very bottom of this dress but it ruffles out so the stains wont be showing too much while worn. No other flaws :) This is a stretchy dress and very soft fabric. Message me if you have any questions at all! <3
