Rue 21 floral off shoulder dress

Rue 21 off the shoulder floral maxi dress. It has 2 slits in the front of the dress for more flowy movement of the fabric. Size M (fits like a small) This dress is beautiful on. It is in great condition and looks adorable with cowboy boots. I've worn it with sandals as well, and both look great. The full length of the dress from shoulder to bottom hem is 49"
