Has built in bra cup’s adjustable straps, cinched back that is very stretchy and comfortable, as belt loops but no belt, ha lining with a crinoline bottom, very flowy! Beautiful for summer, pair with cowboy boots and jean jacket or flats and a cropped sweater! Awesome anyway you wear it!
