Rue 21 mesh material XS longsleeve shirt

It's a see through material not really mesh but I'm not sure what material to describe it as. It is light and a bit transparent, soft and stretchy. The tie knot at front is not naturally there, I did that to try to style it. It's normal length. Still has tags, brand new.
