Rue 21 polka dot jacket size large. NWT

This is an adorable black & white polka dotted, light weight jacket by Rue 21. It is a size juniors large. This hoodie/jacket is new with tags (it has the stem from the tag). I can't wear this because it is too big on me. This would be adorable for Spring! (:
